Sustainable Architectural Technology Group
The expertise of this group includes:

  • Environmental Performance Analysis (thermal, visual and acoustics) using non destructive techniques. We use a wide range of computer simulation programs and techniques to predict the environmental performance of both design and buildings.

  • Environmental performance monitoring – environmental performance and actual energy consumption of buildings are measured and recorded for further analysis by employing a wide range of monitoring equipment.

  • Construction materials – the group has expertise to research and test thermal and structural properties of different building materials.
